About the The Three Little Pigs

Three little pigs build houses of straw, sticks, and bricks. When a hungry wolf threatens their homes, only the brick house can withstand his huffs and puffs. The first two pigs seek refuge, but the wolf is determined to get in. Can the clever pigs outsmart the wolf? What will they do to protect themselves?

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs. The first pig was a bit lazy and built his house out of straw because it was the easiest thing to do. The second pig worked a little harder and built his house out of sticks. The third little pig was smart and hardworking. He took the time to build his house out of strong, sturdy bricks. Soon, a big, hungry wolf came along. He went to the first pig's house and huffed and puffed and blew the straw house down! The little pig ran to his brother's stick house. The wolf followed and huffed and puffed and blew the stick house down too! The two scared pigs ran to their brother's brick house. The wolf huffed and puffed with all his might, but he could not blow down the brick house. It was too strong. The wolf tried to trick the pigs into coming out, but they were too clever for him. He tried to climb down the chimney, but the third pig had a pot of boiling water waiting for him. The wolf yelped and ran away, never to bother the three little pigs again. They all lived safely and happily in the strong brick house.
